Ghosted helps you organize your job search and prepare application materials. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 16 to use Ghosted and have the legal capacity or authorization required to make a purchase. Keep your sign-in details secure and your account information accurate.

Your original content belongs to you. You allow us to store and process it to provide the features you use.

Only upload or forward material you are entitled to share. You remain responsible for checking your application materials before sending them.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

AI suggestions and automatic updates can be inaccurate or incomplete. Check important details, interview times, recipients and documents before relying on them.

Ghosted does not guarantee recruiter responses, interviews, offers or a hiring timeline.

Do not use Ghosted for unlawful activity, spam, unauthorized access or attempts to bypass usage limits. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks or legal obligations.

Core tracking is available on Free. Plus adds the features shown on our Pricing page.

Monthly Plus renews until cancelled. The 90-day Hunt Pass is a one-time purchase and does not renew automatically. Checkout shows the amount payable and applicable taxes before purchase.

Paddle.com is our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles payments, receipts, payment-related support and refunds. Ghosted provides and supports the application. Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to purchases.

Cancel monthly Plus from Account → Plan & billing or through Paddle. You retain access until the end of your paid period unless the payment is refunded.

We do not offer a voluntary money-back guarantee. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains refund eligibility and your consumer rights.

When Plus ends, your account returns to Free. Your existing applications and documents remain available to open, edit and export. Limits apply to additional paid items and AI requests.

Errors and interruptions can occur. Keep copies of important materials and verify deadlines against their original source.

You can export your work or delete your account from Account. Our Privacy Policy explains retention and deletion.

We will update this page when these Terms change and provide notice of significant changes where required. Changes to recurring prices will be communicated before they apply, with any notice or consent required by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
